You will be working as a GP supporting a team of Specialist Palliative Care consultants in the community in Western Sydney. The position is available to commence as soon as negotiated on a part-time or full-time basis (minimum 3 days per week).
You will be providing clinical care for patients in a community palliative care service working with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated and seamless care.
You will be working for a not-for-profit organisation that delivers community health and aged care services across Australia.

To be eligible for this position you must hold general or specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia. Experience with and clinical knowledge in Palliative Medicine is essential. You must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Australian Residency and a valid Australian driver’s licence.
