Locum GPs needed to provide cover for Medical Ward in private hospital. Summer on the Gold Coast anyone? 

• 6 or 12 hour shifts available

• $150 per hour PLUS percentage of billings

The Organisation

You will be working for a value-based organisation dedicated to providing exceptional, high quality care to all inpatients at the Gold Coast Private Hospital. Supporting improved patient outcomes through the delivery of prompt medical interventions by skilled clinicians. The service works in partnership with all key groups within a facility to implement innovative models of care that ensures the sustainability of the healthcare system and the significant contributions made within the Gold Coast Community.

The Job 

• GP’s required to staff the acute medical ward from 10am-10pm Monday to Friday

• VMO’s complete their ward rounds in the morning, you will then provide clinical cover throughout the day

• 6 or 12 hour shifts available. 

• You will work autonomously but with the support of the Intensive Care Unit

Requirements  

• Vocationally registered General Practitioners

• Access to an unrestricted rebatable provider number essential 

• 19AB doctors can access a provider number for this short term locum
