This small town in the heart of the Eyre Peninsula is looking for a Locum GP to help cover their clinic and ED.

The Organisation
This 20 bed hospital provides acute and aged care services as well as a 24 hours emergency services to the town and the surrounding rural community. They also have 20 hostel rooms, 15 aged care cottages and extensive community services.
The Job
- Locum General Practitioner - ED
- Dates: April - Dec 2022
- Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- On-call / After Hours: 24hrs on call hospital cover
Rewards & Location
- Rate: $2,000 per day
- Provisions: Travel and accommodation provided
- Population: 1,771
- Things to do: Drive down to the Arno Bay Estuary for a walk along the boardwalk or join a local fishing charter guide for some ocean fishing.
- How to get there: You can get to the hospital by flying into either the Whyalla or Port Lincoln airport. Both airports are a 1.5 hour drive or 150kms.
Requirements
- You must have current registration with AHPRA
- FRACGP or FACCRM essential
- You must have access to a Medicare Provider number
