The Organisation
This Hospital and Health Service is a 29 bed facility with an eight chair Day Surgery and a Renal Unit. It provides acute, maternity, renal, community health, dental, allied health service access and an emergency department operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with close access to onsite X-ray and pathology.
The Job
- Locum GP Anaesthetist
- Dates:
- 1900 Friday April 01 to 1900 Wednesday April 06
- 0700 Sunday 01 May to 1900 Wednesday May 04
- On-call / After Hours: 24hrs
- Duties:
- Mix of on-call (including overnight) and elective OT (weekdays only)
- District hospital perioperative services including O&G, Obstetrics non-elective, Gen Surg, endoscopy.
- Call backs are majority obstetric anaesthesia, rarely ED critical care / RSI support

Requirements
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Access to Medicare Provider number
- Anaesthetics experience and recent certification (JCCA or other)
