You will have experience working in Child and Adolescent Mental Health.
You will be working in a regional health service and rostered across two hospitals that service a population of 116,000.
It is anticipated you will have significant involvement in the delivery of the Undergraduate education program with the Rural Clinical School and you will have the opportunity to be appointed to a University academic position. The seniority of the University appointment would be negotiated separately with the University.

The Mental Health Service
The Mental Health Service incorporates Inpatient Mental Health, Adult Community Mental Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health, Older Persons Mental Health and Crisis and Assessment Treatment Team Mental Health Services.
Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services provide a busy Outpatient service and attend to assessments of CAMHS clients presented to the Emergency Department.
You will work in an innovative and dynamic organisation dedicated to improving the health and well being of the community. The health service faces a number of challenges with high levels of chronic disease and an ageing population.
You will be working alongside over 1,200 full time equivalent staff in multidisciplinary teams across two acute hospitals, three district hospitals and seven community health centres.
The Rural Clinical School of the University of Tasmania is located on campus and the Tasmanian Health Service participates in a comprehensive undergraduate and graduate clinical training program with the Rural Clinical School.
