The Job
You will be working in a state-of-the-art tertiary hospital in the bustling city of Shanghai and will collaborate with Nursing Leadership of the Cancer Center, to achieve a seamless continuum of care.
You will assist the Administrative Director and Deputy Clinical Operation Director in establishing the Center patient workflows and clinical standard operating procedures. And will be responsible for general management; policy and workflow development and implementation, preparation for accreditation/Q&S inspections, inventory and supplies management, staffing and supervision the auditing of operational and clinical policies
You will provide cross cover to the following Departments as needed; Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology, Breast Program and Inpatient Oncology Clinical Programs.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration or an oncology related degree.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a healthcare setting.
Experience working with doctors and nurses in a managerial capacity preferred.
Fluency in English essential. Chinese language (Mandarin) desirable.
