What This Means for Doctors
These updates may affect your registration journey depending on your circumstances. When you sit your test will determine which criteria applies and higher scores may now be required. Combining results across multiple sittings is still permitted, but must meet updated requirements.
If you are applying for registration and took your test on or before 22 April 2026, transition arrangements are in place. When submitting your application you will be able to indicate that you are applying under the transition arrangements on the online application form.
